Fox & Sparrow Tattoo was built from the ground up by husband and wife Tattooers, Joshua and Samantha Chatwin in early 2022. With combined experience of over 25 years tattooing between us, they decided to leave a business they co-owned and create a different type of tattoo studio where art-focused design is fused with a deep respect for the rich history and technical craft of tattooing while making customer service a priority in a clean, welcoming environment.

Chris Taylor is a Certified Bob Ross Instructor® in Muncie, Indiana. As a mentor to Chris, Bob would exchange letters with the budding artist and whenever he was in town he would try to meet with Chris – often inviting him to the television studio to watch the filming of The Joy of Painting®. To this day, Chris speaks fondly of the support Bob showed him. While he of course encouraged Chris’s artistic skill, more importantly Bob supported Chris in finding his life’s passion.

With classical art, folk art, and 1920s style tattooing as a foundation, this gallery displays a more degenerate, spontaneous style of art and sells books, prints, and artworks.
