Resident Parking
Downtown residents are offered free parking (1 space per bedroom) in any city parking lot. To obtain a parking pass, please take your ID, signed lease agreement, basic vehicle information, and license plate number to the City of Muncie Clerk's Office, first floor City Hall, 300 N High Street. Your info will be entered into the MPD ticketing system. No sticker or hang tag will be issued.
