Festive furry friends have arrived DWNTWN!
Throughout the month of December, 50 adorable mice are visiting DWNTWN businesses. If you look closely at storefront windows, you just might spot them! These whimsical window decals will come to life with a unique animation and sound experience created in collaboration with the IDIA Lab at Ball State University. Scan the QR code at each decal, wait for it to load, allow the site to use your camera and speakers, and hold your phone over the mouse to see and hear the animation.
Can you find at least 35 mice? Grab your Mouse Tracker at the DWNTWN Muncie office or at participating businesses, or download your own and write down where you found these furry friends window decals. Return your completed tracker to the DWNTWN Muncie office (120 W Charles St) or email to info@downtownmuncie.org by Jan 5, 2026 to be entered to win one of five $100 cash prizes!

Local businesses across DWNTWN are getting in the spirit and decking the halls… or should we say, their storefront windows! Visit DWNTWN all December long to check out the displays. For a list of windows and contest rules, visit our Facebook page between December 4–January 1.
